Our family has lived in the Temecula/Murrieta valleys since 1987. We are deeply committed to the neighborhoods we serve.
We are members and volunteers of several community organizations and have served as leaders in local Scouts BSA units.
Our instructors love the outdoors and know how critical it is to put safety first in order to get the most out of both your outdoor adventures and your daily life. We provide OSHA compliant certification for the workplace,
working with youth, and to be ready to respond while camping, hiking or at the range.
We strive to provide thorough instruction in a variety of courses including,
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BSL), Babysitting, and Wilderness & Remote First Aid.
Our team members are American Red Cross Licensed Training Providers who deliver high-quality training for CPR and first aid for adults, children and infants. We feel our participants deserve a dedicated learning center with up to date quality equipment for the most valuable experiential learning experience possible.

What is First Aid?
When you understand first aid, you'll gain the ability to help those in need. Through our first aid certificationclasses you'll learn how to respond to specific situations, which will help you care for people in crisis as theywait for medical professionals to arrive.
First Aid Training
Bear CPR first aid training classes give you the information and the skills you need to help adults and children during many emergency situations. In our blended learning experience, which combines online coursework with instructor-led training, you'll learn from some of the best in the industry. Knowledgeable, understanding and ableto deliver information suited to a wide range of learning styles, Bear CPR first aid instructors will help ensure that you not only understand the steps for performing first aid, but that you have the confidence and skills necessary to perform them correctly.
Taking First Aid Classes
Bear CPR first aid training gives you access to best-in-class instruction in three unique ways. Whether you prefer the interaction available in a traditional classroom setting, the freedom to learn at your own pace online, or want a combination of the two, our innovative classes can help you learn the material your way.
IT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH.
With a half-million cardiac arrests each year, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) can help save a life if a person's breathing or heart stops. It's not just for healthcare workers and emergency responders. In fact, CPR can double or triple the chance of survival when bystanders take action. Bear CPR helps train you safely, effectively and confidently, so you're prepared for the minutes that matter the most.
CPR TRAINING
Bear CPR classes are designed for the way you live, and learn. With options available on weekdays and weekends, plus online, instructor-led and blended learning course formats, you can get the CPR training you need on your schedule. From personalized learning to interactive scenarios to peer-to-peer learning and hands-on skills practice, our world-class instruction will give you the skills and confidence to perform this life-saving procedure when it's needed the most.
PERFORMING CPR
When it comes to CPR, it's important to know how to treat both kids and adults. That's why, unless you sign up for a class that focuses on one population, our CPR trainings cover the procedures/steps for caring for adults, as well as children. Although we will prepare you to deliver care when it's needed most, the truth is, if you don't use your skills regularly, you're likely to lose them. So, to help prevent or mitigate loss of skills we offer online refresher materials that can help you retain the knowledge you've gained. In addition, we also provide you with access to a printable list of the basic steps for performing CPR. This way, you can keep the information you need right at your fingertips.
The training and certification process takes just a few hours to complete, but can help you deliver the care that someone needs while waiting for medical professionals to arrive. When you successfully complete any of our in-person or blended learning courses, you'll receive a two-year certification, as well as access to refreshers that can help you maintain your skills throughout your certification period.
